ROUND 3
Championship Final
SAT 3RD - SUN 4TH OCTOBER

WELCOME TO THE NEW ZEALAND AIRSOFT LEAGUE NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP
The New Zealand Airsoft League (NZAL) National Championship is the country’s premier large-scale outdoor competitive airsoft series which is powered by the Skirmesh electronic scoring system. It features a multi-round points-based format where Squads, Individuals and Disruptors battle in multiple conquest-style games across different regions. Players accumulate points over the season through squad & individual performances in the pursuit of being crowned the NZAL National Champions.
Not only is the NZAL a competition, but through the unique thinking behind the NZAL’s structure, the team was able to bring competitors and casual players together through the creation of the Disruptor Team, a groundbreaking addition that fundamentally changes how competitive airsoft events can be structured and experienced, particularly by blending high-stakes squad-based championship play with open, casual participation in a seamless way.
The Disruptor team act as “wild cards” or chaos agents. They can join pushes, flank, defend points sporadically, or simply roam and harass, making matches less predictable and more tactically rich which provide great game play for the disruptors whilst challenging the championship players at the same time.
ROUND 3 FEATURES
Round 3 of the NZAL National Championship will be co-hosted by
Taranaki Airsoft Rangers Inc
The Taranaki Airsoft Rangers (TAR) which has been running since 2009 has one of the most stunning Airsoft fields with Mt Taranaki as the backdrop. TAR uses a 12-hectare field offering bush, open fields, forest, and buildings all in one venue.
